My nurse Angela was extremely friendly, personable, and very professional. They restored my confidence in the fact that people are inherently good and work hard for what they earn. These three ladies, Ebony, Angela, and Paige deserve recognition for a job well done. My customer satisfaction at this location on this day was very high, in spite of the business.
- KAkaren AndersonNov 13, 20251.0It took them over an hour to get me in. I did the drug test. They took me to get my weight and height measurement. They said I was 2 inches shorter than I knew I was. I told them they were wrong. They said i shrunk. Two inches? No. I see my doctor regularly and I was 5'4" just 2 months ago! They put in the report I used a hearing aid for the hearing test. I don't use or wear hearing aids. I don't need them. They gave me a 90 day certification! 90 days! I have never had anything less than two years in 25 years. They said it was because my BMI is over 40. It is not. I called my doctor when I left there and they confirmed my height is actually 5'4" and my BMI is 38. Below the criteria for a 90 days cert! They require I do a sleep study and want to see the results before they give me another certification. They gave me info for three different sleep study clinics. I won't use any of those, I'll go where my PCP recommendations. I will NEVER use concentra again and really would like to file a complaint with FMCSA but don't even know where to start. BEWARE and read your report before you leave. But it won't make any difference. You have to accept it.

Being labeled "difficult" for asking a clarifying question after a questionable, less-than-thorough exam is a solid microaggression. Even though these seem to be routine exams for her by how many questions she didn't ask, patient questions are still valid even if they aren't repeat customers. Please just answer them so we can have the most accurate information. I see why the signs about aggressive behavior are up all over the place. That call may be coming from inside the house. However, kudos to the rest of the team. Thanks for the courtesy and timeliness throughout a day-long process.
