Over 50% upmark in interest for leaving early, their corporate customer service doesn’t exist, they place calls and funnel you through to wait for you to leave and stop bothering them. This place needs to be corporately revised and litigated for every single dirty clause in the contract given. Considering many other US gyms are facing similiar issues and losing, it’s only a matter of time until they face a class action. Who knows, maybe I’ll start one? They do not care about fraud, nor pay attention to their actual gyms, I pray for your executives.

This is the most scammy horrible gym membership you could ever possibly purchase, don't even think about it. Want to cancel at some point, it's going to be the hardest thing you will ever do. Finally able to cancel it? Doesn't matter, they'll charge you anyway. Workers have no idea what's going on and don't even try calling any of the number online because it's just going to be some patronizing AI bot. There are sooo many law suits against this place for contract law. Spare yourself the endless financial suffering and just go to literally any other gym.

I asked them to increase it, and I was literally told "I don't know what to tell you,". That same day, I walked into the sauna and no less than 7 people (everyone) complained about the same issue. Another individual also reported it to the staff, but the staff couldn't care less. Specifically, the Fabio looking guy. Today, I learned that they increased the temperature. After being rude to customers, they went ahead and increased it anyways. So strange...
