Appointment started 20 minutes late and I had to sit and wait in a queue for a virtual doctor to do the exam. It is inefficient and the whole thing took over an hour since I had to see a second doctor and go through the exam again and wait in the queue. Do not recommend telehealth and I hope they do not take away the actual doctor option for an exam.
