  The doctor was very informative, and taught me about how the ear works, and what could've been damaged to cause my hearing loss. The woman behind the desk was very helpful and was even able to get me a same day appointment.

  I was very satisfied with the service we received here. The receptionist was very professional and greeted us with a smile. The doctor was very respectful and patient toward my mother in law. He explained things in a way she could understand and made sure the hearing aids worked and she could hear clearly with them.
