Awful and if you get Pam believe me your time is going to be waisted, without knowing me she comes up with 100 reasons why I shouldn’t get the treatment that I’ve came for which is a simple birth control shot. The only thing they did for me was weigh me and charged a copay just to tell me what she was not going to do for me. My advice to you is to make sure you see a Doctor and not a nurse practitioner that is Delusional enough to think she has the same degree as a doctor. Oan my insurance doesn’t pay for advice unless your an Psychiatrist or counselor.

Very friendly staff always on top of calling in medicine and sending records. Dr. Rivas is a great doctor and very knowledgeable. Only issue i had was they had horrible billing delay, checked balance every visit, all of a sudden balance increased drastically dating back almost a year. Talked to administrator he was nice enough to adjust the charges, then never deducted what was paid, I asked for a detailed print out, he then sent it to collections. We didn't have a balance for a year hint horrible billing delay, we have receipts for a $200, $100, and multiple $25 payments, which payment amount was never agreed upon. Non of these payments were credited to my account it was my mother inlaw because she understands health insurance. You should really recheck your records.
