The constant price increases are getting out of hand. I feel bad for the people who were paying 27$ for base gym amenities that are now being charged 45$ so that the company can pay for some stupid A.I. masseuse. This seems like the 5th price increase in 2 years making the gym unaffordable for a lot of people. As soon as the new Planet Fitness is built I will be changing. I hope others follow suit. If you enjoy constant price increases this is the place for you.

Member since August 2024. Cancelled after my first visit to the "new and improved Arnold location".
The men's locker room is awful. Filthy bathroom, showers missing or broken hooks, improper shower doors can't close, sauna is a quarter of the size of Fenton, half the size of Maplewood. The TV in the sauna is broken. The scale in the men's room is wobbly because the flooring isn't level at all. So good luck weighing yourself.
If we talk about the actual gym. They took away a room you previously had access to in favor of ANOTHER "Recovery room".
It's like Club Fitness said let's quit being a gym and see how much money we can squeeze out of people in the name of recovery.
You guys can keep taking away amenities, jacking up prices, spending more effort on recovery than fitness and driving away your normal gym goers. I'll go elsewhere.

I canceled my membership. When the Arnold location opened back up, they wouldn’t give day passes to current members of other locations. Even had upper management there to enforce it. Shitty business practice. Their other locations are also NOT worth the money. Incredibly expensive for the lack of what you get and going downhill FAST.

The facility is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with high-quality equipment. There’s never a long wait for machines, and everything is easy to find.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly cares about helping you reach your goals. Whether you need help with form, motivation, or just a quick question, they’re always ready to jump in.
I also love the overall atmosphere — it’s upbeat, positive, and not intimidating. No matter your fitness level, you feel comfortable working out here.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay consistent, feel supported, and actually enjoy going to the gym!

Attended club fitness’s open house and every single employee was very informative and very helpful with each piece of equipment and new additions. Everything is extra clean and infinite varieties of workouts. Before the tornado hit I used to come here consistently and was devastated to hear my gym was affected, especially so soon after their remodel. You can tell they worked extremely hard and fast to welcome back their members. Thanks club!
