They were super flexible and made a stressful situation feel way less overwhelming. From the moment we walked in, they really put us at ease and completely took the stigma off having lice. The place is great for kids—snacks, games, and tablets kept them happy and comfortable. My kids honestly didn’t want to leave. We had tried an at-home treatment first, but I wasn’t convinced I had done a thorough job, and I was right. They were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and I’m so glad we went in. Highly recommend to any family dealing with lice!

Those little buggers are tough. So called, so glad I did I was able to get in not just for my daughter my the whole family. Sure enough both kids ended up having it. I am so glad we did. I even had myself checked out. It was easy, she made us feel comfortable and answered so many questions. At the end my anxiety went from a 10 down to a 1 with being and feeling glad I went. Highly recommend 1000% no doubt. And huge plus they take HSA how awesome is that. If we ever have to experience the road to Lice, I know where I will be going. Thanks to Megan at The Lice Lounge in White Bear Lake. You are all amazing and awesome!
