They keep you waiting for 3 hours and all your appointment takes 10 minutes. They told you your estimated waiting time and you have to multiply it by 2 or 3. Staff communication it's toxic unprofessional as though they are doing you a favor. Plus, the receptionist people don't like you coming up to them, and asking them simple questions.
