My mom received hospice from Ecumen while at a nursing home. Bri, her hospice nurse, was phenomenal. All of the staff there treated my mom with love and care as well as showing me respect during a difficult time. Their daily check ins and updates provided me with so much ease since I don’t live in the same state and could only visit every couple weeks. What the staff do is not an easy job. To show so much empathy to so many people is a gift.

I wouldn't recommend to my enemy! Barely could provide care, barely any service provided, poor bed for my mum, just lack of anything. Had a music therapist 1ce whonwas fantastic but other than that.... had ta keep gettin pain meds and anxiety meds, i shouldn't work that hard ta get those things provided for my mum! I have had other companies that had ppl come and help me out when I'm there for hours upon hours, nobody Barely is there, 1 person came and was good about lotioning her up n changing her top but she smelled of a stale ashtray! This comany has been stressful!

Our family was so thankful for the personalized care we received from Ecumen Hospice for our mom. There were small details in her care that showed how the team had listened to our requests during the intake process. Everyone we worked with was wonderful and her nurse, Denise, was such a comfort to us. My only wish we had gotten mom enrolled in hospice sooner.

The Ecumen hospice team that worked with my dear mom were such a wonderful and caring group of people. They helped my mom's journey through end stage colon cancer and she comfortable at all times. They also were so lovely to my sister and I. This is a group of very special people.
