  My first visit to this dental office was in 2022 during an emergency. I had a very painful toothache, and they were able to get me in quickly and help me. Because of that, I continued coming back and they became my regular destination for any dental issues. I even referred some of my family members and friends to this place. Overall, the staff are polite—especially the front desk. The front-desk team is excellent at keeping in contact with patients, scheduling appointments, and making sure everything stays organized. However, my experience with the clinical staff inside was not as positive. On several occasions, I noticed some harsh treatment during routine cleanings, including carelessness and a lack of gentleness when working around sensitive soft tissue. It often felt like patient comfort was not a priority. Later, one of the dentists noticed I had a missing tooth and suggested fixing it with a tooth bridge. I had no idea how a bridge worked or what the procedure involved. After some back and forth, my insurance eventually approved it, and the office called to schedule the appointment. On the day of the procedure, I expected something simple. But when I arrived, no one explained what they were going to do. The procedure began without any proper communication. The anesthesia experience felt abnormal, and then they started shaving down two of my healthy teeth to prepare them for the bridge. I was shocked—no one had taken even a minute to explain that this would happen or what the long-term effects might be. I left feeling upset and confused. To this day—four days later—I am still feeling the effects and implications of the procedure. I am unsure whether I should file a complaint or wait to see how things progress. I just wish the office had been transparent from the beginning and had taken the time to clearly explain everything. Patients deserve to know exactly what is being done to them.

  The women here are so amazing kind and paitent. Not to mention they have great pricing. I think I found my new dentist spot.

  My experience at All About Dentistry was great, the staff was very courteous and mindful of why I was there; I was in pain and needed a tooth pulled. Within an hour or so of my arrival, my tooth was pulled and meds given and all as a walk in patient. Thank you so much AAD staff!

  I’ve seen a few dentists over the years, and All About Dentistry has been the best experience I’ve had. I’ve been in twice now, and each time they were friendly, quick to get me in, and made everything feel easy (at the dentist!). While I was in the chair, everyone was really kind, super considerate, and explained what was happening as they went. I’d never had a crown before, so I really appreciated the time they took to walk me through it 🙂 The doctor and her team are wonderful people who genuinely care about their patients. From both a service and human perspective (i.e., charity work before hours for people in need), they’re one of the best in the Twin Cities. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!
