- AGAnay GoodewJul 19, 20241.0Was very disappointed with the customer service. I am new to the area so I am looking for a dentist. Called early in the morning to potentially schedule 2 appointment. One for me (who has state insurance) and one for my husband who would be a cash patient. Upon answering the phone, the receptionist say no and hangs up when I ask if they take state insurance? Will most definitely not be making an appointment here especially since that’s how they conduct business. I understand if my insurance wouldn’t be accepted but my intention was to still try to make an appointment for my husband. The receptionist would’ve known that had she waited instead of instantly hanging up.

I feel like a person and not just a patient being "herded" through so that the next one can quickly been seen. I definitely recommend this office. I definitely will be going here for a long time to come. Thank you for all you do for us 😊 I'm adding to this review as I was back in again for rest of my treatment. Once again I'm very pleased with the service I received. It's nice to be able to chew on both sides of my mouth again. Thank you 😊
