Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

    Alvin, the manager was amazing. He was helpful and truly helped me navigate the whole process. That is how it should be. I am so glad I ended up at Pearle Vision in Roseville (my original plan was to go elsewhere).

    Very clear that they don’t care about people on state insurance. Came tonight because a family member has had good luck finding cute/unique frames here in the past. Not only were we treated as unimportant and not valued customers, but on top of that, the person who was helped instead was praised for being so patient as if we hadn’t been patient the whole time we were waiting (over 20 minutes). I was never told there was a line. We were barely acknowledged in the store. In our household of six, four of us wear glasses. We are not all on state insurance, but I know that none of us will be getting our glasses at Pearle again. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

    I purchased a pair of glasses last year, Kate Spade frames… very cute. I recently notice that part of design on the front of the frame came off the frame. I spoke with the manager, he immediately picked up another exact pair and switched my lens to the new frame. You totally surprised me. Thank you so much for such excellent customer service. I will be purchasing my next pair of glasses from you.

    Awful. I’ve never felt so alienated in my life. I already come in to the eye doctor with a ton of anxiety, and this doctor did not help at all. I also came in with my boyfriend to help with the anxiety, and the doctor was very dismissive of my feelings and would not let my boyfriend join me in the exam room. The doctor also barely let me get a word in during the appointment, so I didn’t get a chance to explain that I have a hearing loss and to ask if he could talk more slowly and clearly. Please take this review under consideration for future patients. I will say, the receptionists are fantastic!! They’re super nice and patient and very clear. However, I will not be coming back to this establishment for an eye exam again.

    I've been going to Pearle Vision for decades now and have visited locations all around the Twin Cities. I'm usually expecting a fairly neutral experience. I only come once a year for an exam and contact purchase. My visit this past Saturday was worth commenting on. It was busy when I walked in but I was still acknowledged and kindly greeted. The staff were efficient and giving people the attention they needed. Everything went smoothly!
