  REPLY TO OWNER BELOW If I could give less stars, I would. I am not new to holistic healthcare and the out of pocket costs associated with it. I was advised to contact them after a few dead ends with traditional medicine. In my first contact they set a time for a free phone call consult with the provider. She was nearly an hour late calling me but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. When I inquired about the cost of the tests she was suggesting, I was told it would be $405 for the initial lab work and a follow up phone call to discuss findings. I scheduled a time for the following day first thing in the morning. I was called and told they did t have staff and to wait 4 hours and then try again. When I got there I waited for over an hour for what should have been a simple blood draw. I was poked 4 separate times and have never in my life had any problems with blood draws or giving blood of any kind. It took weeks to get my results and I happened to have them available to me on the final day of service for their online portal. I was unable to access them for printing but I did call and ask them to fax a copy to my local provider which they took weeks to do. A paper copy was mailed to me months later. Yesterday, nearly 5 months since my lab draw, I received a bill from a lab company for over $1,200. When I inquired with Autoimmune Angels about it I was told that my initial $405 didn’t include the actual lab work, just them drawing my blood. That was absolutely not what was communicated to me or the person that was present with me for my appointments. This is false advertising and I would have never agreed to the lab work if I had been given truthful information. I am appalled at their lack of willingness to take responsibility for this and I will be pursuing further action to get these bills paid. REPLY I know what I was told and I am very disappointed in your unwillingness to acknowledge that you misspoke. There was never any information given about an additional laboratory fee. I did decline some of the testing you recommended due to the cost because my primary provider was able to do them for 1/3 of the cost you were charging. You need to be much more upfront with your patients in the future and make sure they understand the associated costs. I hadn't had a blood draw in the previous 6 days so that would not have affected your staff being able to draw my blood efficiently. If "difficult blood draws" are a consistent issue in your practice, maybe they need more training.

  My wife was incorrectly diagnosed with many things (including gall bladder issues - for which it was removed) before coming to Debbie. One year of treatment later, Katie was completely healed. She went from bedridden 85% of the time to living a healthy, normal life. I can't thank Debbie enough. God used her to give us our life back!
