The staff was professional, respectful, and kept things moving without making it feel rushed. Everything was explained clearly, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Way better experience than I expected for an urgent care. I’d definitely recommend them if you need a work physical or testing done.

I loved the online steps to take! Once I was in the back to give my urine sample, I had to wait for a while and that staff were all friendly as well. They definitely know what they're doing and they keep the process rolling smoothly.

Since the moment I walked in the door, she was EXTREMELY rude just because I asked her one or two questions about my appointment. She also did the bare minimum, and ignores you.
