- NSNyymkk SoulDevourerJun 23, 20255.0Richfield office permanently closed. Sad to see, if you haven't donated recently and can spare a dollar please donate. For a lot of people this is one of the few places they feel safe receiving any sexual wellness services.
- KMK McCJan 31, 20242.0I had a good experience on my 1st visit and decided to book with this location for another service. However, my 2nd visit was a complete waste. I had two appointments scheduled at separate locations (same day) and canceled the appointment I didn’t want weeks ahead of time. I kept my appointment active at this location and even received updates that it was active. I went to my appointment and was informed that both were canceled and they couldn’t give me a legitimate reason as to why it mysteriously canceled. No one called me and informed me they would cancel my only active appointment, and give my spot away. Please be more communicative and let your patients know if you’re canceling on them unannounced. Now I have to wait weeks to get another appointment at a different location.

The reception staff I worked with were amazing at helping me navigate payment options and figure out what is best for me. Unless I move out of the msp surrounding areas, I will use this clinic for all my reproductive health needs.
