The facility opened its doors at 12:30 PM on Monday’s and I arrived shortly after at 12:35 PM. Unfortunately, I didn't leave until 2:30 PM for what was a quick four-minute test. The location is clearly understaffed, which contributed to the long wait time. However, I want to commend the two young women working there who were outstanding. Despite the challenges, they kept everything moving and provided great service. Their dedication and efficiency made a tough situation much more bearable. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, I hope the facility can address the staffing issues to improve wait times and overall customer experience.
