I had a procedure done over two days. Just had my follow up today. This Center is 100% top notch. Friendly staff that follows through with requests. Great communication. They kept all our appointments without the typical Dr. office wait. The procedures worked great. There was a snowstorm last night and I was worried that my 1.5-hour commute to the office would end with the Dr. not showing. Not only was she there, but she was also early. I wish all health care clinics cared this much for their patients....

I’m currently at home recovering from my procedure and can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Thoreson! From our initial consult to the procedure today, his bedside manner and communication made me feel 100% comfortable and all staff members I interacted with were wonderful. No hesitation to recommend friends and family to this clinic and Dr. Thoreson specifically.

I made an appointment at the Minneapolis vein center, and I was excited to get a procedure done that they offered. I went and met with Heather she told me that in order to do the entire procedure, I had to wait because my skin color was too tan and needed to be lighter. So, I waited for a time period and asked to be seen to see if I was light enough and she said not quite yet. So, I set an appointment for the procedure a little later. Then my appointment came and it was canceled due to an outage and I was rescheduled to Friday (tomorrow). Since the cancellation, I had called a couple of times to see if I could get in and I couldn’t which was fine. Also, I had asked about another service, and Heather said I was calling too much. I thought this was inappropriate for her to say as the front desk must not have told her I was interested in another service and she assumed it was for the initial service. The front desk couldn’t answer this question and needed Heather to answer it. On a side note, we go away during the winter time, which makes it very difficult to have this initial service done because of the color of my skin. I literally need to stay out of the sun pretty much, totally in order to get my skin tone down to an acceptable level. The only way I know how to find out if it’s down to an acceptable level is to see Heather. I think Heather was not very customer friendly and she jumped to conclusions that were not hers to jump to. She was out of line the way she talked to me.
