- SRSydney RobertsSep 17, 20245.0I have only had WONDERFUL experiences with this community! Their Health and Wellness Director (head nurse) is amazing, full of compassion and knowledge. Along with their Executive Director is one of the best! I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to everyone.

Everything promised up front never happened and when we inquired about services our rates went up 50% The entire year that my Mom was there she never got a bath. My sister had to leave work twice a week to bathe Mom because Brookdale couldn't. She also fell once and was left on the floor for over 12 ours because they don't check on their residents. Her room and bathroom were never cleaned. Another thing that my sister had to do.

His room is always filthy and smells horrid. There is a maintenance issue that hasn't been fixed in over a year. The toilet is always filthy. All the while trying to charge more every month. Do not, under any circumstances send your loved one here.
