  Staff says they're going to do something and then they change their story. Then they change your story again. Take their sweet time causing distress on a mentally handy, decaped person who needs to get things taken care of so that he can have a happy life and they're taking their sweet time, if you want to have the same as I am go through this stupid company otherwise, if they keep this up. I've already told the worker that I have that I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau, the FBI if needed and my guardians which are a legal system.

  I've had nothing but positive experiences with Spero. They have went above and beyond to find me treatment that works. I was previously turned off from getting any kind of help due to having to jump through the hurdles of Mayo, and feeling as though I'm not being taken seriously. Spero makes me feel advocated for and I feel they take my concerns seriously. Everything I have suggested that would help me, they got scheduled right away. Psychiatry service I haven't had any issues with either. Your pharmacy should be able to send the refill request without any need for you to contact Spero personally. I'll admit I was reluctant to give Spero a try due to the negative reviews. Which is a shame because I'm so glad I risked it. I personally haven't had any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. I'm not calling anyone out but just like with anything else you have to take reviews with a grain of salt, as your experience may differ. We're also not getting the full story behind all the reviews or what might have lead up to them. Anyways I think Spero is a great resource to the community with caring and compassionate staff and I'm thankful to have them around.

  This agency has been a strong and valuable resource within our community. It’s unfortunate to see negative reviews for an organization that continually works to help others. But then again, people often only leave reviews when they have something to complain about, which doesn’t accurately reflect the positive impact this agency has made. Like many other places, they face staffing challenges, but they remain committed to supporting people who are actually ready to make positive changes in their lives. They go above and beyond for their clients and have helped so many people find stability and hope, including my family. I’m grateful to have such great resource serving our community, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking genuine support.

  Trust all the 1 star reviews. I'm not surprised whatsoever that it's currently a 2.7 and shocked its that high. Incompetent office staff and the so called therapists need to see their own therapists. Unprofessional and rude and spiteful. Avoid at all cost even if it's free with insurance. You're better off with nobody then with this shady company.
