This agency has been a strong and valuable resource within our community. It’s unfortunate to see negative reviews for an organization that continually works to help others. But then again, people often only leave reviews when they have something to complain about, which doesn’t accurately reflect the positive impact this agency has made.
Like many other places, they face staffing challenges, but they remain committed to supporting people who are actually ready to make positive changes in their lives. They go above and beyond for their clients and have helped so many people find stability and hope, including my family.
I’m grateful to have such great resource serving our community, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking genuine support.

Trust all the 1 star reviews. I'm not surprised whatsoever that it's currently a 2.7 and shocked its that high. Incompetent office staff and the so called therapists need to see their own therapists. Unprofessional and rude and spiteful. Avoid at all cost even if it's free with insurance. You're better off with nobody then with this shady company.

Should have looked at the reviews before going here. I typically don't look at reviews before going places. I would give this place 0 stars not helpful. When the therapists don't reflect their suggestions and can't even fix themselves. I would not go here.

I took my children here due to struggling in school and wanted to seek help for a possible learning disability. Scheduled 1st session to discuss the situation, which was ok next session was suppose to be for testing and when we got there we had another 10 min discussion for some reasoning about testing again.. Which I was charged 100$ for each session keep in mind.. The next session finally the testing started, we didn't finish the test as far as the psychologist said, so I scheduled another session to complete the testing. I had my father take my daughter to finish , come to find out they had schedule a session for results?? Which if we never finished the test how would he have results?? So I got charged 100$ more for information in which was disclosed with my daughter and my father (which shouldn't of been ) which was a 5 min. session and never did end up finding out anything after 500$ and my child still is struggling in school.
