I brought in my glasses that had broke, fully anticipating purchasing another pair - at least the same frames in hopes they could still use my lenses, since they were less than a year old. The woman went ahead and ordered me a new pair of glasses, saying they never should have broken like that! She was so helpful and kind; i am so grateful.

Kajsa Sims was unbelievable! She was extremely helpful and gave honest feedback. I must have tried on almost 20 pair and she was with me every second. She ran around getting me choices to try so I could sit. She was extremely kind and fun. She made an arduous shopping experience so fun that I will never buy from you again unless I could have her assistance again. Okay, I will but I'm just saying.

Amazing customer service and support! Made the process of finding frames seamless and also boosted my confidence in the frames I bought.

The Warby Parker at Ridgedale is a great location to shop around for glasses and prescription sunglasses. The selections available in store for try on are great, and the employees are incredibly helpful. Cassie helped us today with our purchase, and she made sure my husband got to try the frames he wanted to see even if she had to find them in the backstock. He was considering the flash blue lenses for sunglasses, and she even showed him her personal pair so he could see how it would look (he chose a clip on, though, so no flash blue is available on those, darn!). We have shopped here in the past, and plan to continue in the future.

I just moved to the area from Chicago and I’ve always had a great experience with Warby Parker. I took my daughter to get a new pair of glasses so this was our first time at this location. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service from the staff. There weren’t too many people in the store yet it took 10 minutes for someone to come and help us even though they were obviously not busy. It seemed as if they were in a rush to get us to leave the store and that we were inconveniencing them by asking them my questions. The only reason why I am giving the store two stars and not one is because of this sweet young lady named Mackeelay (sorry if I misspelled). She came into the store and when she saw us still confused, she immediately came over to help. She was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We even witnessed her handle a racist customer with grace, again without the help of her coworkers.
