- GTGem Thiim4 days ago1.0People in change are terrible and it shows. This place has high staff turn over and never seems to be staffed appropriately for the amount of patients scheduled. It’s a shame.
- AJAbigail L JohnsonNov 3, 20255.0Phenomenal. Planned Parenthood is my preferred healthcare provider, hands-down. The clinicians and staff are incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. This specific facility is very nice, clean, and modern. Conveniently located near Metro Transit's Uptown transit station and the Midtown Greenway for cyclists, there is also a free parking lot located on the North side of the building. Everyone I have interacted with has been exceptionally kind and professional, including the security personnel that you check in with upon arrival (so you can feel extra safe and secure while receiving care here). Booking an appointment is easy and convenient using their website and there are plenty of appointments available, almost immediately. I believe they also accept walk-ins but I would be prepared to wait, depending on the time or day. Billing is convenient, flexible, and accommodating regardless of your current financial situation. - DFDantae FordOct 18, 20251.0Whoever was working the front desk today around 2:11pm was very unhelpful I was a little over 15 mins late to my appointment and she wouldn’t just check me in ? life happens and people run late . I don’t get why these type of people go into healthcare when they don’t really CARE about people at all. This is my health we are talking about… she even told me the workers were running late on appointments.
- LSLauren ScarsetSep 18, 20251.0Terrible I made it in time right on time for my appointment and there was two workers that were both working with somebody and they each took 15 minutes with each person I was standing for so long I sat down the lady knew and saw me but she didn't call me up next she just let some other guy go ahead of me so then by the time my check in she said all your your late too late no one's going to see you well we'll schedule you for the next half hour and I said I got stuff I got to do I got other appointments there is no reason I needed to be rescheduled when I made it to my appointment on time she just decided to put me on the back burner and she knew I was there on time I don't recommend he got staff that are time wasters and do not care about your time whatsoever
