- JMJulia Miller3 days ago1.0I support Planned Parenthood. But this clinic is just not it. The word “incompetent” comes to mind. I went in for a nexplanon insertion which I’ve had multiple times before with no issues, and the guy who inserted it completely screwed it up. Resulting in an infection, rejection, and permanent scarring. When I started having symptoms, I went back in, he barely looked at it and said “it’ll heal eventually”. 2 days later I had foul smelling discharge, a fever, and had to get it taken out at the ER. Once I recovered I saw a GYN who inserted a new implant correctly and it healed with no issues.

- BABreyannaH Asmr4 days ago4.0Mannn first time here and the wait times are crazy!! please listen to the reviews and plan ahead. my appointment was at 1:30 didn’t get seen until 3:50. Nurses and staff were nice but the times were crazy and the lobby kept getting more and more packed. I did get treated quickly after getting back there though
- BHBrianna Hughes5 days ago5.0I would give a million stars if I could! I have been going here since college (1999) when it was just a tiny little spot. I have always gone just for regular check-ups (paps and STI/STD checks and such). I could not speak more highly of the care they give. Every person working there is incredibly professional, kind and non-judgmental. They took care of me as a broke college kid, and now I have fabulous insurance and I still come here for all my gynecological stuff. And also for my flu shots.
- TBThe BeanDec 29, 20251.0I’m honestly really bothered by the wait times. Everything else about this place is great, literally. But definitely do not expect to be seen until 1.5-2 hours AFTER your appointment time. I typically leave 3 entire hours after my appointment is scheduled and it bothers me that I have to sit and wait for damn near half an entire business day every time I need an STD test.
