- LDLen DobosenskiMar 23, 20211.0Be very careful when you go here. They double billed me for my CPAP and tubing. I was rented a Resmed airsense 10 with climateline for $160 a month. Then they billed me $400 for purchase of the humidifier for the cpap. The problem is the humidifier is part of the Airsense unit already. So that is part of the unit your renting already. Then they charged me $74.95 for the Climateline tubing, which was already part of the $160 rental. Last, the women I talked to got an attitude when I called about this. You can buy this cpap online for $499, Mayo will rent to buy it to you for over $2100.

Anyway i was sent by my physical therapist from a different town to be measured for some items. this was time consuming first gal didnt know what she was doing so she called someone else in.. this procedure was as i mentioned this took quite a while.. weeks had gone i had not heard anything, and the gal couldn't even reply to my physical therapists emails either. i finally called and NOBODY knew what i was talking about... 2 months later im still waiting...im beyond angry..my first experience with them same thing happened they lost my measurements ... but for any of you that read this ....if you have a choice..GO ELSEWHERE
