  I can’t get through I try over and over I’m so frustrated. I press the option to leave a message and it hangs up or wait 30 min for someone to answer and the hang up. Horrible care I work 2 jobs and take calls myself so how can I send a message to a nurse or get any care without another visit again for the same concern that hasn’t been properly treated.

  This is my favorite location to go to. The lobby is pretty and there’s so much seating. The front desk is great and everything feels really private. Kaelyn and Ally were my nurses. They explained everything kindly and thoroughly when I got my shot. My provider was Ashley and she made me feel heard and answered all of my questions. Thank you Planned Parenthood!

  I had a disappointing experience here, especially after coming in with high expectations based on recommendations and it being my first time. While the nurse was kind and friendly, the main doctor came across as rude and dismissive when asking me personal health questions, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the front desk staff failed to provide me with a verification code for MyChart with Planned Parenthood, despite me asking multiple times. I was told to wait 24 hours, but the code never arrived. Even after checking my inbox, spam, and trash folders thoroughly, I still received nothing. When I followed up, I was repeatedly told I should have received it, which was frustrating and unhelpful as I NEVER received it and still have NO access to MyChart. On top of that, the front desk suggested that I set up for monthly payments as I am paying out of pocket, so I asked the front desk to help me set up automatic monthly payments for my appointment. I was told it was all set up, but no payments were withdrawn, and I later received a letter saying I hadn’t been paying my bill. This left me confused, was it not properly set up by staff as promised? Also, I never received a phone call or voicemail regarding the remainder of my test results, even though the doctor assured me I would be contacted. That follow-up was important to me and further added to the sense of poor communication and lack of professionalism. Overall, the disorganization and poor communication made this experience more stressful than it needed to be. I will likely seek care at another location in the future.

  They make sure to cover all their bases to make their patients feel safe, valid, and heard. They explain every step of the way and answer any questions you may have.
