She was thoughtful in looking for the best aid for the least cost that I could afford. I had been wearing an aid for 60 years and Kim was extremely helpful in choosing an aid for my loss. She suggested a Bcross for my deaf ear and It has worked great. She is extremely helpful in solving any aid or hearing problems. I would highly recommend her for any person having a hearing loss.
