- PMPamela MartinDec 4, 20255.0’ve been getting Botox for over many years at Dermatology Specialists and other cosmetic clinics, and I’ve never had an experience as bad as the one with Dr. Lee. She was a terrible injector — the Botox did absolutely nothing. Zero result. I went back a week and a half later to show her, after spending $750 for nothing, and instead of helping, she was dismissive and rude. She told me that if I didn’t like it, I should just go back to my previous cosmetic doctor. I didn’t trust her to touch up the treatment (which she said would cost extra anyway), so I had to go somewhere else — and got immediate, great results. That confirmed it: the problem was her, not the product or my face. I honestly felt like I threw $750 straight in the trash. There are many amazing doctors at Dermatology Specialists, but do not go to Dr. Lee. Total waste of money and a terrible attitude on top of it. (This is the only time in my life ( I am 55) I have ever left anyone a bad review

I had a 30 second conversation with a someone who took no time to review my symptoms just said they couldn’t help me and that I would just need to monitor. I left 4 minutes after I arrived. They then proceeded to bill me hundreds of dollars for the 4 minutes visit in which they did nothing and told me they couldn’t help me. Avoid this office at all cost.

After calling to ask about pay out of pocket price, I was quoted an amount for the visit and told anything above and beyond would be additional. I budgeted so I had the amount ready when I visited, paid when I arrived and figured that would be the end of it. However, a couple of weeks later, I was billed for more and I didn't have anything above and beyond done. Upon calling to ask about it, I was told they misquoted me originally and now I needed to pay the difference. I asked if the amount could be waived since they quoted incorrectly. It was denied and I had to come up with the extra money. On top of that, during my visit, I sat half naked on the table waiting for the doctor for 25 minutes. Once she arrived, she seemed hurried and saw me for no more than 10 minutes. She was kind and answered my questions but I didn't feel like I got a visit that warranted the money I paid, plus some. I will not be returning.
