- ARAimee RevierNov 12, 20251.0The receptionist lady was extremely nice when I first called her to set up appointment. And she explained me that with a new patient that she couldn't schedule me Monday through Wednesday Monday or Wednesday. Excuse me, so I called her back after work like I told her I would with my medical number and I'm trying to drive home in a deer hunting season where the idiots are driven and deer jumping out. And I told her that if I have to pay the copay and $15 that I'd have to wait till after Payday and I told her like 6 times that it would have to be after the 28th and I already know that she. Can't schedule me? Lessons on a Monday or a Wednesday because I'm a new patient and she goes ahead and tells me 6 times about Monday, December 1st. When I had kept telling her that that was fine to just schedule me. I'd have to pay for it after I get paid. And we went back-and-forth over the same contents like 7 times and then when I told her that they should not be that difficult. She made it seem like I was saying that she was being difficult to benefit her. And then she declined me coming into the clinic because she felt that I was saying that she was being difficult when I told her several times that the situation. Didn't should not be that difficult and that she should understand that I was driving home as I told her before that I would be calling her after work on my way home

She’s an absolute sweetheart and probably one of the most genuine human beings I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She really cares about helping people and honestly it’s what she was made to do. If you want your stress/body tension to melt away, Jamie is the person to do it.
