I scheduled an interview for a Social Media Management position they had available - a time and date was set with not a word said... completely ghosted. Super rude and just overall bad looking. Please do better as a small business.

- MHMichaela H.Apr 6, 20243.0I went here after going through some tough times. I went to Petra and appreciated her aura and advice. Some things were off for me though that I had to stop services. Their administrative team is near impossible to get back in touch with. For example, I called many times to cancel/reschedule an appointment but they didn't get back to me until the last minute. Now I owe a late cancelation fee. Proper & consistent documentation: I felt like some days my therapist documented my progress or things I shared but other times it felt like we were having an ordinary conversation and no real progress was being made. Also being told that we're going to follow a specialized plan and then it just feels more like go with the flow, rubbed me the wrong way. I sincerely appreciate the support I was able to receive and I am rooting for the growth of this company, but it's just need some more fine tuning to be great vs ok or good!

Unfortunately, administrative things like scheduling for virtual appointments, invoicing for services, etc. could use some major streamlining and improvement. It's been a year since my intake and I'm just now being charged for the copay! One of my appointments was cancelled at the last minute and it was impossible to get back on Petra's schedule. I cannot recommend this place at this time.
