  2nd year going here, I had an eye appointment last week and when I went to pick out some new frames they only had one frame that had the style of hinge I prefer so I went to another location that had trays full of them. I always buy insurance to cover accidental damage which until now I have never needed to use, but somehow managed to bend my frames less than a month after getting them and instead of sending out to replace the frames which should have happened it never did... instead one person or another attempted to true them up and I am not willing to put up with a band aid when the frames should have been replaced right away. The store owner texted me and I called him back within 5 minutes of the receipt of his text and that has been over 2.5 hours which tells me that my business is not wotlrth his time to keep me as a customer and my vision plan will let me replace the frames in January and considering the timely response I will take my business to another location. It is now time for me to get new lenses and I am unwilling to settle for crap 2 years in a row, I will most likely wait until January and another store can replace my frames as my insurance only seems to care the final date is 2 years despite it being Dec 2023 to Jan 2025, I will buy the same insurance I always do and if anything severe happens to them I will NOT tolerate a patch job by anyone ever again and I can guarantee I will NEVER return to Northtown Pearle Vision again.

  Update 08/07/2024-Changing my rating stars to a 5 I appreciate the owner took this accountable and work this out. He went above and beyond to make sure my son can get his contact lenses by offering more trials lenses and more. All I needed was just more trial lenses so my son can see while he play soccer. I understand things happen but instead the sales person telling me NO, find out what you can do to accommodate. Thank you to the owner! I have never given a low rating for service before but this will be the first time. I took my son in for his contacts lenses exam and so on. Everything was so slow but we bare with it. We had work with the worker to get it order. 2 1/2 weeks later we call to check on the status, the worker on the phone told us that the person who did the order submitted incorrectly. They will have to resubmit the order. We say okay, so they give a set of trial since my son need to see while his order is being re process again. Now, it's been another 3 weeks past and I call, the worker say it's not there yet. I asked the worker that we will need another set of trial since my son is running low. She say no, she can't give it to us. Well, first of all its their fault for not submitting it correctly. I just have no words or any more comment on this anymore. I will not be returning to this location. First and last.

  I love that Pearl Vision is in network with our insurance. I am solely basing this review on Jody, the wonderful lady that accommodated me on different occasion and the again when I came back. I was glad that she remembered me and listened to my concerns. She finds ways where my request and queries are answered. Jody is courteous and friendly. The prices are comparable to other shops in the area. But I came back to Pearle Vision because of the way they treated inquiries even before I purchased.

  I was pleased with the female Dr And a curly haired older women when I came for my exam. The rest of the team down right snobs and rude. When I came to pick up my script The girl with long brown hair needs to learn her job. I was getting bifocals never used them before asking for tips or tricks nothing just handed me a card with additude. I will be telling my friends and family to stay away and go else where. I will spend my hard earned money else where shame on you guys do better. Have the day you deserve

  Walked in an had to wait just a minute or so before someone said they would be with me. Then Nina came to assist me and we had a ball she was so personable and we had a bunch of laughs. Picked out a couple pair or really cute glasses with Nina's help. Got them back and went in to get them no wait and Nina assisted with making sure they fit. Better then the experience I had at another competitor the previous year. Would go back again in a heart beat. Thanks
