What a treat to find. They have multiple locations across the metro area, and welcome walk-ins! When I arrived during a snowstorm, I was greeted with a warm, genuine greeting from both staff behind the front desk, the process was explained at a reasonable pace to me, and the technician readed me and explained the steps and took the time to ensure I knew what I was doing and that my paperwork was filled out completely, and that all my samples collected were thorough and Tina custody was maintained. I will definitely consider using Concentra for my urgent care needs for my family.
