  I definitely would recommend calling. Unfortunately through work they put me as a walk in, I got there at 3:30pm and didn't get called back until 5:30pm. This is at no fault of the clinic, they seemed short staffed and had other people who definitely trumped my vaccine booster. I just would have like an update here and there or right off the bat, hey you're going to be here awhile. Staff overall were friendly and apologetic for the long wait. Again if I had an appointment and not a walk in, I am sure I would not have waited as long.

  Text message system is bugged, instantly after registering started receiving SPAM text messages. Spent 2 hours to do drug test and DOT physical being second customer in the door for the morning seemed to be LONG waiting time.

  1.0 out of 5 stars Concerta Clinic: Where Privacy Goes to Die and Time Comes to Be Murdered Oh, bravo, Concerta Clinic in Blaine, MN—truly a five-star experience in bureaucratic hell. I rolled in for a simple pre-employment pee test. You know, the kind that takes 10 minutes at a normal lab? Yeah, not here. Had the honor of filling out the exact same paperwork THREE TIMES because their cutting-edge 1998 computer system kept eating it like a digital black hole. Then, I got to marinate in the waiting room for TWO GLORIOUS HOURS—plenty of time to contemplate my life choices and memorize the ceiling tiles. Finally summoned to the sacred pee chamber, the tech—let’s call him Captain Integrity—inspects my sample and declares with the confidence of a flat-earther: “89 degrees. Gotta be 90. Drop trou, I’m watching.” I politely declined his generous offer to star in his personal creeper cam. His response? “REFUSAL. YOU FAIL.” Called for a supervisor TWICE. Spoiler: No supervisor exists. Probably a myth, like competent staff or basic human decency. 10/10 would NOT recommend unless you enjoy being gaslit, humiliated, and treated like a felon for daring to have a warm bladder. Pro tip: Just pee in the parking lot. Faster, cheaper, and way less invasive.

  Everything went well except for the blood draw. I’ve never had a problem before but when the needle was in my arm, blood was pooling outside of the injection site. And now I have a huge bruise on my arm. It’s faded so a photo wouldn’t show how dark it was.

  I went in for a pre employment drug test, and it was my first visit here. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. It was quick and easy to fill out the information questionnaire before my appointment. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room too long. Lab test was straightforward and quick. No complaints.
