    I recently just started going here and I love it! I am on my 5th class and can already see results in my body. I recently just got sciatica in my lower back, so it really hurts to work out or do anything in general. These classes have helped it get better with help from the coaches showing me different ways to stand, stretch, or hold a position while I’m working out.
