- CBcathy bockelDec 20, 20251.0I went in to get my teeth cleaned . The hygienist did a periodontal chart and said I had gum disease . Meaning I would require advanced EXPENSIVE care . So I got a second option -turns out my gums were fine -no advanced care needed! BUYER BEWARE. I think the dental hygienist is still there!

Jordan brought me to my room and took my blood pressure and got me set up for the hygentist. Melissa was the one that cleaned my teeth. She made sure I had my 4 antibiotic pills, from my knee surgery, she was continually checking in with me, did a thorough cleaning. Jordan did my floride. Dr shon checked everything and gave me options for my future visits.I think I will be having a bridge. everyone said goodbye. Just the whole visit was amazing! can't narrow it to one person

However, over the last week, I developed pain in the root of a tooth (my first time ever having tooth pain). Reception fit me in the next day, empathized with my situation, and saw me on time at my appointment with my favorite dentist who I have had only had to see for cleanings up until now. This was my first tooth issue experience in my life, and he was amazing. Truly a professional team for both routine cleanings and treating pain!
