They took the time to explain every exercise, encouraged me through every step of my recovery, and celebrated my progress along the way. I want to express my deepest appreciation for the physical therapist student Adam who assisted with my rehabilitation as well. Their knowledge and compassion made a huge difference in my healing journey. I always felt heard, respected, and supported. The front desk staff and the rest of the team were equally amazing—always welcoming, organized, and ready to help with scheduling or any questions. Other .embers if the staff were great. Perhaps if the receptionist would have read the reason I was there it would have taken a lot less time and confusion. Keep in mind, the first face that greets you, leaves a lasting impression
