This by far not a bad review. I only been one time and have another appointment tomorrow. They got my stars so far because the doctor took my buttons off my mouth woth no problem when other dentist office were scared. I only been in Michigan 2 months so I pray this is my dental home

Extremely disappointed with this office. I was told my retainer replacements would be free, yet for months I was completely ignored. My calls were repeatedly unanswered, I was hung up on, placed on hold endlessly, and the doctor never returned a single call. After months of me repeatedly following up, they suddenly told me there would be a charge for the replacements, even though I was originally promised they would be free. The blatant dishonesty, lack of communication, and total disregard for patients is shocking. This is by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience I have ever had at a dental office. I would not recommend this office under any circumstances.

This has been my family’s dentist for 13 years. The practice has gone through staff changes, but the transitions have always been smooth. One transition was to my new dentist, Dr. McQuirter, who has been a true gem. I appreciate how she listens, asks thoughtful questions, and actually investigates concerns instead of brushing them off. The technician, Syria, is also fantastic—always pleasant, skilled, and consistent with every visit. This is an excellent dental office, and you won’t be disappointed

I have been going here for over 15 years with the same hygienist. The doctors are constantly changing but I trust Olivia to the max. If it wasn’t for her I would ABSOLUTELY be finding another place. She makes the office homey and familiar and is always looking for my best interest! She is five stars hands down.

I felt compelled to comment after reading how 'wonderful' Olivia the hygienist was. I unfortunately had quite the opposite experience. I had a deep cleaning done by her, which by all accounts and research should be a thorough process, usually lasting anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours (per session, which is half the mouth) My entire deep cleaning, per session, lasted only about 15 minutes(!) It literally took longer for my mouth to numb up. When I inquired as to why it was so brief, her response was that it was because I was missing a couple of molars on each side. I found it rather insulting considering I knew that wouldn't make that significant of a time difference! She also mentioned that the tartar and plot build up would have to be removed by the dentist later(!?) Are you kidding me. Every regular dental cleaning in the past has been more thorough than what I experienced at this very important (and expensive) deep cleaning. I understand that a deep cleaning involves going below the gun line. But that's really all she did, and as I mentioned there's no way even that was properly done job in that short amount of time. I found the Dentist himself to be very kind and informative, but because of this abysmal job of the hygienist, I will be going elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable.
