If I could do negative I would. 4 years ago i paid out of pocket in full for temporary and permanent upper dentures, and a partial on the bottom. After overcoming the PTSD they gave me removing the top teeth I never returned until last week. They messed around to where I've already had 2 appointments achieving nothing while in extreme pain. As I started remembering how god awful this filthy and rundown place was with rude, inconsiderate, desk workers with attitude they dont deserve i decide to cut my losses and get on outta this weird lazy uncomfortable place.....they I form me that $3,000 I had paid up front for all services, only paid for one temporary top denture. I feel as if I were whisked to Oz. Rude, stealing, no knowledge, snarky attitudes, poor jobs and not a single care given. I wouldnt send Satan to them. Please look else where. The only thing I can eat is the 3 grand I handed them already, in pain and get to start this dental adventure from scratch. God is real and so is karma....im not hateful but they did me so wrong I have no idea how its not a crime. Absolutely disgusting.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. Ladonna was so kind, patient, and professional. She explained everything clearly, making me feel comfortable the whole time. She has such a positive attitude🤍. The entire staff was great and very professional. Dr. Swati is also an excellent dentist—friendly, caring, and attentive. I truly felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this office!

Wife had a hygiene appointment the woman behind the desk was very rude really upset my wife.she came out teared up. I went in and asked why they would treat her that way. The office manager got an attitude saying I was trying to check them. I would never use this facility because of the unprofessional actions taken when I was simply asking what happened. I would like an apology from all three ladies at the desk for acting so rude. Even another person agreed they were being rude. I will be contacting corporate on this.

If I could give this place no stars I would!
Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I scheduled as a cash patient and sat for 30 mins. I was told I needed to reschedule because the hygienist had personal issues. My next appointment I only got the x-rays The dentist told me due to my wisdom teeth I couldn’t get a regular cleaning and would need a deep cleaning. The front desk told me I would get refunded. They randomly scheduled me another appointment and when I told them to cancel I mentioned my money, and she stated it had been refunded. I told her that is incorrect and she told me to call back when the manger is back in. When I told the manager she stated they don’t do refunds. She would talk to the front desk and figure out who told me the wrong thing. What good is that going to do for me? This is an unprofessional money hungry office. The only place that has ever refused a cleaning. If you’re a cash patient I highly recommend saving yourself the stress and going elsewhere.
