- KMKenneth McNabbNov 18, 20252.0Completely ignored and abandoned me once insurance denied my prescription. I know it’s not their fault, but it took them nearly a month to let me know this. I only found out because I called very frustrated with the lack of communication, and I then I finally get a call back from the receptionist, not my doctor, or person caring for my issue, telling me my claim is denied. I’m not offered any other resolution, or another plan, which had me feeling like they abandoned me and I’m no longer a patient there. I hope they don’t treat new patients this way.
