Completely ignored and abandoned me once insurance denied my prescription. I know it’s not their fault, but it took them nearly a month to let me know this. I only found out because I called very frustrated with the lack of communication, and I then I finally get a call back from the receptionist, not my doctor, or person caring for my issue, telling me my claim is denied. I’m not offered any other resolution, or another plan, which had me feeling like they abandoned me and I’m no longer a patient there. I hope they don’t treat new patients this way.

Brought my friend here for an appointment, staff and nurses were extremely rude and cocky to her.

I’m sure this establishment is just fine in treating patients for cosmetic procedures; but this practice is probably not for you if you need to be seen for something else. My experience today was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, borderline unprofessional. I made an appointment to establish care for an autoimmune disease that has many skin manifestations, and the evaluating PA, while perfectly groomed and initially pleasant, grew almost petulant that I disagreed with his opinion (which he was stating as fact despite not having conducted any formal evaluation or exam, or even to reference the photos I had… not to mention there is fundamentally no way to have such certainty with this disease without testing). The PA left the room and SLAMMED THE DOOR. Yikes. A colossal waste of time.

To some it up, shady is what my heart tells me. No prp there when I went, The workers there are tired of buying karlena expensive gifts for Christmas they said. Honestly no one human needs to be worried about that at their WORK PLACE, that said a lot to me about values and just how it really is there..felt sad for them because like come on. expensive gifts..I get it but at work.....he should be showering them there all woman and he's the man..Im traditional I guess. but moving on..I asked to speak to him, he will say he's not there and when you speak truth he appears like a fairy with a mouth that smells like Newports sassy as can be. Not demure. I didn't feel demure I felt like they wanted me to just pay for their mistake it wasn't about the injectable, my insurance sent the botox to him he said? He made it seem like I didn't want to pay my deductible, he said they explained it to me so many time which yes they did but NOT their part of being accountable for putting me in this situation which everything was covered before the new year((KEY FACTOR)) ...EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING on my end because WHAT HAPPENED!?..I honestly wouldn't have went. I pay that at Med Spa's ect.. which if things would have been done correctly I would have never been put in a situation that was not right it carried on long they were calling the wrong insurance then got the right one, idk..? Overall I WAS confused, they explained it clear to pay the $ but I wasn't understanding because of your faults I pay this large amount, just a mess.. But you still received botox ..idk.. The situation I was in would have never happened if the proper procedures just would have been done. Just expecting the patient to DEAL with it, it was a mess. never would have went. the worker called insurance with me on the line before my appointment and it was covered so I received my injection immediately after w/o them having it..?.. I received then noticed no difference, some prob need more but anywho now I dont need it Thank God) Had some misunderstanding in billing after this happened they sent me a bill over and over and over under my name for 14.97$ something weird... but I had no balance? I called Flint office, The sweet elderly lady in Flint who handles billing said they have to be playing games because this is not your bill Im looking at everything now...When I was talking to Karlene before I left, I said Im not used to getting talked to like this at a professional place he said "WellGET USE TO IT" Filled with nerves. I think he was mad and frustrated but he wasn't the only one frustrated, his workers were thinking about the expensive Christmas gifts, I was trying to understand and am not going to take the back end of the stick, The worker prob didn't want to get fired.. To say the least.. I moved on and he DID say I didn't have to pay it just dont come back. Fair considering EVERYTHING. Lori was the sweetest though! Take care and to any worker who reads this YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE SOMEONE AN EXPENSIVE CHRISTMAS GIFT to be accepted, to be treated fair and nice.. WHEN EVERY SINGLE PERSON IS TRYING TO MAKE IT! Let his lovers and family do that, You are to be showered with gifts for your service, without you no office is running. I hope you start receiving the gifts and never have that unfair pressure again. Thank you for all the lessons.
