The front desk made Check-in easy and quick . The nurses, the doctor, clinicians that gave the physical were all kind and professional. The entire experience they made comfortable.

I sign in, and front desk lady actually YELLS “no maam” after I went to sit down, instead of “hi maam how can we help you today” I felt like I was being called over like a child who was doing something they shouldn’t have. I was as casual as possible, wrote my name down and went to sit in the front seat. She had no hospitality. Not really professional to yell “no maam” at someone. Last time I went to this urgent care was years ago when I had been there for an ankle sprain in which I had not known it is now only for occupational health. she was very demeaning. I work customer service and medical billing and I don’t appreciate the way I was talked to. Even before I knew I was at the wrong kind of urgent care, I probably would have walked out. It’s hard to trust a medical facility when your first impression is being yelled at when you weren’t even there for over 2 minutes yet. I wouldn’t want someone like this to work my front desk, I’d put them to work in the bathrooms if that’s the attitude they had.

I had hurt my hand, and she was so patient and kind throughout the process. She really went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The office is clean, the doctors are friendly, and overall this is a great location. Highly recommend!
