  Saw Dr. Fitzgerald for a physical as a new patient. His mannerisms and knowledge were valuable and the appointment went well. I was billed for the Evaluation and Management of a pre-existing condition, in addition to the physical, after discussing my medical history with him which I was asked for. Insurance did not cover this cost. First time I’ve ever been billed for additional services during a routine physical. 8-10 calls later, no resolution beyond “you are responsible for payment.” Unfortunately I won’t be returning based on the billing/coding practices at this office.

  Very professional. Ms. Miller was very thorough and took time time to answer my questions. Very patient about explaining my meds and their effects. I very much appreciated her time and efforts. I highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Kathy! Pam Kline

  The lack of care and patience for patients during this virus is absolutely despicable. Now refusing to see me with my symptoms and telling me to go home and just deal with it. Now that my two doctors have left I will be leaving as well. No longer will recommend to anyone; receptionist have became extremely rude and have an extreme lack of care. Absolutely disgusted with my local doctors office now. So extremely said to see them go this far down hill. With all that being said, Dr. Miller is fantastic!
