Been going here since I first got glasses as a kid. They never made me feel comfortable or good enough. Very judgemental attitudes. Never in 20 years of requesting have they ever had trial contacts or anything for an even halfway reasonable price. Once, I treated myself to a nice pair of sunglasses to wear because they told me my contacts made my eyes more sensitive than ever to the sun and they put my prescription in them so I never got to use them for what I intended. Plus they charged me over $400 to give me something I never wanted.

Very bad experience. My dad had his eye poked at. Left with a red eye. They didn't even apologize for the situation. Still charged $45 after we had to seek other medical attention from what they did. Very poor customer service. Would give this a zero if I could.
