I did notice more seating downstairs. They do have updated technology to make check-in easy and quick. The Hygienist and Dentist that assisted me were great. Helped keep my mind at ease and explained the procedures to help me become more comfortable with what I would be experiencing, and answered any questions I had. The staff was patient with me as well, though I wasn't the easiest patient to get X-Rays from. As well as the dental assistant who gave me direction when needed to help me stay calm and comfortable throughout the procedure. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received and will continue to go to Refresh Dental for work and recommend them to friends and family.

This black lady was using this scan thing in my mouth for my partials.. it was like she didn’t know what she was doing, took way too long and she was hurting my teeth and gums a little now my jawline feels funny because had my mouth open too long..smh after I get my partials, will not be coming back to this office again
