- KTKimberly ThomasJul 7, 20251.0Up until recently I would give five stars to this dentist because the people that worked on my children's teeth were absolutely amazing. The problem arose several days before an upcoming appointment for hygiene. My daughter fell and her tooth broke. The Monday after that I called to see if she needed to be seen immediately because my daughter was in pain. The woman on the phone tried to negate what my daughter told me. I was simply trying to see if my daughter needed to be seen since half of her tooth was missing. This woman on the phone told me I was wrong at least three times and that it couldn't have happened like that. I would trust my daughter over any person I'm on the phone with. It took a whole lot for me to hold my tongue because she was not professional in telling me that I was completely wrong at least three times about what my daughter said. Then at the last minute she told me I needed to be there within 30 minutes. Which was completely unreasonable. I initially accepted them called back to cancel. Our upcoming appointment will be our last because I will not tolerate being spoken to in such a negating manner when I am simply relaying what my child told me. Am I not to trust my child who was in pain? We will find another dentist. That front desk person either needs attitude adjustment or customer service training.

Be careful they schedule appointments as they please then if you miss the appointment, they’ll charge you $60. I never made a follow up appointment.
- TDTiffany DDec 2, 20212.0Loved this dentist up till now. Took my son in for cleaning and to get a tooth pulled that was very loose. Dentist tell me she ran out of time and couldn't pull his tooth. And that it wasn't ready to pull. Not happy with that. Now I have to schedule another appointment. Such a inconvenience for me and my work schedule. I already made arrangements for this visit to have everything taken care of. Think it's time to go elsewhere.
