    I came to this Concentra on Nov. 4th 2025 for a physical for new job. I was on time and was seen within minutes. The whole process was completed in under an hour. The people were nice and very professional. The place was clean and I felt safe and well taken care of. Great job Concentra - Southfield and Greenfield.

    The women at the front desk of this office have no business etiquette whatsoever! They are rude and very short in their responses to you! The procedure I had done, required two visits! I was told at my arrival to the second visit that there would be additional cost for the service! I was then directed to go to Oakland health department, if I didn’t want to pay a second time here! The young woman who performed my procedure, however, ON ALL THREE VISITS WAS INVITING AND HER PROFESSIONALISM DISPLAYED HER LOVE FOR HER CAREER! She is the reason the OFFICE AS A WHOLE GETS THE TWO STARS I GAVE!
