- CCCAug 7, 20251.0When scheduling appointment did not clarify that she was an optometrist, not an ophthalmologist. The staff was so very rude and unprofessional. The check in staff were nosy and made uncalled for comments. The doctor was SO RUDE. She didn’t introduce herself; she barely spoke or explained what she was doing. She dismissed my complaints. She rushed through the exam. Horrible horrible experience. Do NOT go here.
- KKKamyaFeb 19, 20241.0Me an my mom ordered glasses 1/18/24 they told us it would take 2/3 weeks. I call because it’s past 2/3 weeks to see if they ready. They tell me no. I waited then called again. Then somebody told me they was ready so I call up there before I go to make sure they’re ready an they change the time on the pick up a say they’re not ready. They did that for 4 days today is the 4th. Now I call again a they say one is ready but not the other. That is very unprofessional an frustrating. They don’t tell you anything. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The personnel was very cavalier in handling sensitive patient data (which was a major red flag for me). After confirming my insurance and appointments for my daughters beforehand, upon arrival I was notified my insurance was not accepted and needed to pay out of pocket. The business overall showed a lack of competence and I decided to take my business to another company. However, I thought it was important to inform the general public of their business practices.
