- CCCAug 7, 20251.0When scheduling appointment did not clarify that she was an optometrist, not an ophthalmologist. The staff was so very rude and unprofessional. The check in staff were nosy and made uncalled for comments. The doctor was SO RUDE. She didn’t introduce herself; she barely spoke or explained what she was doing. She dismissed my complaints. She rushed through the exam. Horrible horrible experience. Do NOT go here.

I always break my glasses but i also have 20 pair of cheap frames that i bring in to have lenses put into. The people there are so friendly and helpful. I dont know If they read their messages but i hope they get this one. You guys are great but please take more time to welcome each guest and just take a day of talking about how to run an affective business to your employees. We customers are the income and although we spend our money and want to support you. We will go other places if we feel.uncomfortable, not noticed ,spoken harshly to, ignored or uncared for. So please work on customer service. Its is important just like having good reviews on the internet is important now days. Love you guys stay well
