Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Were very prompt at getting after surgery medications called into my pharmacy. Always compassionate about how I felt as well as any and all concerns I had regarding my health.

Worst orthopedics I've ever seen.. I've been dealing with an ongoing health issue for quite some time number one they started off by calling me to reschedule my appointment because the appointment I had was no longer available then nobody ever called me back now here I am in excruciating pain throwing up horrible migraine all from the leg pain. They are choosing to ignore medical needs. Then to top everything else off one of the things that I was told is I needed to lose weight so what I do I lost almost 80 lb in 6 months and now they're telling me my insurance will not cover for a new brace that will fit so what the hell was the point of losing weight.?! then when I specifically asked for a certain type of brace what the nurse do she brought me in a brace but I did not specifically asked for even though this has to come out of my pocket... I just hope this stuff don't turn into sepsis from a lack of their medical care.

When I was 15 I went to Dr. Nichols because I have had severe knee pain since I was very young. He did an exam and when I screamed in pain when he moved my knee a certain way, he ordered an MRI for my knee to see what was going on. I did tge MRI and he told me there was a tear in my meniscus and scheduled me for surgery. I went in and was put under, when I woke up after the surgery he told me and my parents that he did not find any tear in my meniscus and that he "cleaned up some fluid and closed me up". My mom was pissed that we had spent so much money for a surgery I didn't seem to need. But I was still scheduled for physical therapy afterwords. I didn't end up going to all of the physical therapy because it was very expensive and didn't seem needed because he didn't do much in my surgery. So I eventually stop taking the painkillers prescribed and it quickly became obvious that the pain I had dealt with before the surgery was now chronic and worse than it had ever been before. I had to take ibuprofen to be able to walk without limping. I later went to my primary care doctor and told them what had happened. She told me that he had put in his reports that he had removed 25% of my meniscus! She told me I must have mistook what he said to me after the surgery and prescribed me more ibuprofen but in a much higher dose. And I've been taking ibuprofen since to be able to walk. I am now 23 years old and I regret ever going to Dr. Nichols in tge first place. Every time my ibuprofen wears off and I feel the pain I'm reminded of how I was screwed over by a doctor I should have been able to trust.
