  I went here because I'm 8 minutes away. It's not worth it, the Dr I had most of the time didn't know why I was there nor did the Dr care. The health issues I had was not taken seriously. If your looking for a Dr please look elsewhere. Terrible hospital and Dr's. I tried to give them multiple chances but nothing ever changed. Stayed with this Dr for about a year was a terrible experience.

  This facility is like entering another dimension of stupidity. I’ll save the long stories and just leave you with this: look elsewhere for healthcare.

  I would never recommend anyone use these providers. When I called to schedule an appointment, I asked if the practice accepted Medicaid. The secretary responded that yes, they accepted Medicaid. When I went in to their office for my appointment, they took my Medicaid cards and said everything looked good. I went in for my appointment. Right off the bat, the nurse made me feel rushed saying that the nurse practitioner I’d be seeing wanted to get to lunch. When she came in, she was hurried and curt, giving me little time to explain the issue I was experiencing. She DID NOT examine me, DID NOT run any tests. I have no idea why she thought it was appropriate to prescribe anything to me after no examination, but ended up giving me an obscene course length of a medicine that, after just one week, I discontinued use of due to a wiser and more helpful practitioner’s advice (she actually examined me and said that prescription had likely worsened my condition). The FNP spoke down to me and made me feel absolutely insignificant when compared to her impending lunch break. When I went to exit, the real kicker came: the secretary informed me their practice DID NOT accept my form of Medicaid. How, after having my insurance cards, did they not inform me of that sooner? I would never have seen such a horrid, guilt incurring, rude, inefficient, clueless, and ignorant provider, let alone PAY TO SEE HER. The secretary told me she would, “See what they could do” about the payment. Three months later? I receive a bill. Absolutely the worst practice I have ever been to. Unprofessional and mindless. DO NOT SEE THESE PROVIDERS.

  Absolutely terrible I will never see Mona Merrit or her nurse ever I dont care if im dying. Not only is Mona a professional shes always 30 40 minutes late. What kind of professional yells at there patient? What kind of professional accuses you of getting a script somewhere else because you forget to take your medicine everyday and it goes longer as well as accusing not one but two pharmacies of giving me paxil without a script. The script paxil is for one an anti depressant . Two it treats my PTSD. And three it is not an addicting or drug related prescription. And then after upsetting me tells me I need anger management. Three times she has stopped my script which by the way causes severe withdrawal without a notice!! Then I have to wait up to a week or two if not more for an appointment to get my medicine that ive been on for 6 years to be approved by her again. Which I wound up in the emergency department from because of the withdrawals.And to top that off threatened to call dhs and have my help stopped for being rude. She ticked me off!!! Nurse always has an attitude very argumentative when your the patient accusations towards you are a big No. Constantly stopping scripts without a notice. This office has fallen apart on her behalf. Tons of respect to desk workers. Absolutely none for Mona Merrit and her nurse very very unprofessional! Extremely uncomfortable. Never ever before have I experienced such a horrible very disrespectful Dr in my entire life! I will never see this woman again.
