  This is a “doctor barber” type of dentist. I went in one time for a cleaning and it was the last. Beware of tools/utensils on the floor.

  I had an outstanding experience at this dental office. My hygienist Sarah was incredibly gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step. Dr Kinaia was equally amazing — professional, caring, and very attentive. They took their time, answered all my questions, and made me feel truly cared for. It’s rare to find a team that is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate, but this office absolutely delivers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care. Truly a 5-star experience!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I Had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unprofessional and rude. Instead of being greeted politely, I was met with attitude and impatience, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. The front desk showed no effort to communicate respectfully or explain things clearly, and I felt completely dismissed when I asked simple questions. A dental visit should be a place where patients feel cared for and respected unfortunately, that was not the case here. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional or courteous dental team. There are plenty of other offices that treat patients with kindness and respect.

  Im a weirdo that loves the dentist, ik ik so strange. I've been a patient of Dr.Kinias' for about 10 yrs. She's amazing and I fully trust her. My last cleaning I waited for an hr after my apt to be asked if I could wait another 45 mins or they had to reschedule me. I rescheduled and when I left my 25 min cleaning my teeth didn't feel as clean as when I brush myself.. I let it go maybe she was a newer hygienist who knows. Recently I had to have things done that my Dr doesn't do so another DR in the office did it. He had to convince me because I didn't want to go through the hassle and pain. He was very caring and really made sure he was doing everything he could for me even promising that if I needed a specialist I would be reimbursed in full. The treatment was $2,100 which for me is a lot. Well months later I'm still having issues. I've gone back at least 5 times, taking time off work and driving almost an hr to be told they dont see anything wrong. I need a special xray so this last time I was referred to a specialist who wants 500 bucks just to be seen, ok I need my refund. I was told I HAD to speak to the practice manager who wouldn't even pick up the phone and call me actually making a note that she didnt want to! Im sorry where they do that at?? I called at least once a week and wrote an email, the receptionist Jacob has been so patient with me calling constantly he deserves a raise!! Today I finally got a check in the mail for 1300 which is definitely not the 2100 I was promised but after months of getting nowhere I'm going to take it and call it a day. Its exhausting and why should I sit in pain for months waiting? Long story short Kinia and Jacob are rockstars and I appreciate them so much. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and idk that I'll make the trip back.
