Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Last year at this time, I was off on medical leave, but I didn't want my benefits to expire at the end of the year. I made an appointment to get contacts with a reading section. I got there on time, they told me to look at frames. I reminded them what I was there for. After I'd been waiting an hour, the Zoom doctor hadn't even see the patient scheduled before me. After 2 hours I had finished the exam and sat down with the lady to order. She's giving me all kinds of options. I tell her again, I'm here for the contacts with the reading section. She looks at the doctor's order and says he didn't do that exam. She says wait because she has to contact the doctor again and have me do the exam. After ANOTHER hour, she says he did do that exam but didn't enter it even. The script was written for a +1 reader. Strange because the readers I have been using for the past year are a +2.5. I'm not an eye doctor, so I go with it. I get my contacts and take them home. I was off of work until well into the new year, so I just wore my glasses. I get back to work and I realize that these +1s are doing nothing for me. I can't see regular typeface with them. Not can I wear readers over them to read because now all they do is blur. When I called in to BEG them to switch them out for me, I was like 3 days past the amount of time I had. The lady said she didn't think they could do anything but she'd contact someone higher up than me and get back with me the next day. Multiple messages for that associate to call me back went unanswered. It's been almost a year now, I'm still so upset at spending EXTRA money for LESS vision! I wouldn't go again.

I strongly advise against engaging with this company due to their subpar examination process, which is not performed by an ophthalmologist or optometrist, but rather by a technician utilizing computerized systems. The results are subsequently sent to a "doctor" in Arizona for review. I visited the company due to eye issues, including floaters and vision loss, and a family history of detached retina, which I informed the technician of. I do see an ophthalmologist and the cost factor wasn’t that much more, but they were out of town, which is why I initially made this appointment as I could get in the next day. However, I should have been informed that they are not qualified. Their primary focus appeared to be selling glasses. Although the staff was polite and professional, I was told to see an optometrist, which was the reason for my initial visit. The communication skills during the appointment-making process were poor, apparently it goes to a call center in Florida. I had asked for the prices with blended eye focals
“If you could please email” since I couldn’t understand what he was trying to tell me I wasn’t even sure of the time until he sent me an email due to communication barriers.
