  Since when are medical professionals allowed to have dreadlocks and facial piercings. Also, does concentra profit directly from junk science sleep apnea equipment that doctors can force drivers to buy through holding their physical hostage, or is it only the staff participating in this shakedown?

  I was there for over two hours. I think a third-party should visit this place and do an investigation as to processes, employee (all) professionalism and job knowledge, and test inconsistency for select companies (to determine why a client sends out their employees for a specific test, some (but not all) get differing exams). The doctors requesting more test than what was requested should be responsible for noting why additional test were performed. The client should be the one that determines if there’s need for additional exams:tests.

  My Experience at Concentra – Allen Park vs. Romulus Location My experience at the Concentra in Allen Park was excellent. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and highly professional. I visited this location for a TB test required for new employment and was very pleased with the service I received. However, I had to visit the Romulus location for the TB test reading, and unfortunately, my experience there was the complete opposite. The staff at this location were unprofessional and discourteous. The staff member who called me in mispronounced my last name—which I didn’t mind—but when I politely asked for clarification, she responded rudely. As I followed her, I accidentally walked past the correct room because she gave no directions or guidance. I realized she had entered another room only after turning around. Throughout the entire visit, she neither greeted me nor smiled and maintained an unpleasant demeanor the whole time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the Romulus location. However, I highly recommend the Allen Park location for their professionalism, courtesy, and excellent customer service.

  Very dissapointed by the unprofessional staff member and over 2 hour wait time for a fit test. The tech that took my vitals was beyond unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.

  the doctor unfortunately was rude. I go here every year for my dot physical for work. I have to get a stress test every 2 years. they have lost or misplaced my test results twice now. once when my Dr office faxed it over. it layed in a tray. after I went and got copys from my Dr office to bring there. was late to work because of it. it layed in a tray without being put in the system. this last time, they could not find it. I showed the Dr my MyChart test. which he was rude and treated me like I'm stupid. asked me if I knew how to pull it up or does my wife do that. he's very cocky and rude. he flagged me for a sleep apnea study. claiming nurse there was generous on my neck size. my bmi and neck size does not meet threshold for sleep study. 2 things he falsely put down. I'd like to know how much he receives for recommending sleep study. so I called up there a few days later and talked with someone. explained how my stress test was lost by them. she went back and found it in a place it shouldn't have been. when I called back up to talk to manager she made an excuse and said it was there under a certain tab they had to click on to find it. she's just making excuses because it was never put in the system since last year when I got my medical card. she also stated she was going to get with the director on my complaint. I've never heard back from anyone. so beware if they recommend you for a sleep study. it's on you and your insurance to pay for it. fortunately I have met my deductible this year so my cost is only 52 dollars. so just beware if you have a deductible you haven't met. your cost will be alot higher.
