  NOT GREAT! The dental hygienists here are the BEST part of the office - very thorough and professional - although, wish they were slotted more time for cleanings. They do the best in within the time limits they are given, which are probably based upon Insurance Company payment for their time. The negatives are with the scheduling and front office crew. Many rescheduling and/or billing issues have occurred throughout the few years I have been going there. Their third-party scheduling company is NOT good. Always recommend calling their front-desk directly or you will be confused... and so will the office. Unclear why they hire this outside company at all!

  I am not one to normally write a review but for this specific instance I have too. This office has completely changed my life. After visiting multiple dentist over the years each one has only provided worse news due to the condition of my teeth to the point of losing hope all together. Dr. Koerner completely changed that! For the first time in over 5-6 years I can go in public and smile with out being completely embarrassed, she did such an amazing job restoring my teeth and not only was able to able to save my teeth that I have only been told they would need to be exacted (which the Dr did give me multiple different options and possibilities because every tooth in my mouth was in horrible condition due to a health condition of mine and we did not know what was going to occur until we started working on them) but they look absolutely amazing and they are not even fully complete yet. She went above and beyond and words can’t truly express how grateful I am. Not only did she do what I thought was going to be impossible for myself, she has also done an amazing job with 4 of my kids ranging from 8-14. My children previously went to a pediatric dentist whose work failed after only a few months and she has been able to get all of their teeth back to looking amazing. She is extremely thorough and walks you through each step and is honest up front giving you the best case and worse case scenario. She is up front and honest and she is works great with younger kids with her kindness and patience. My youngest has even expressed how she wants to become a dentist after having work done but also watching work being done to my other children and myself. Dr. Koerner could have just went and finished the job but because my youngest was so interested in the details and how everything was done, she took the extra time to explain and show her while she was working. The office staff is also extremely kind and helpful. Having been to quite a few dentist’s over the years and each one has had their own flaws I would recommend this office to everyone. The office is super clean and updated. There has been no surprise bills like I have had in previous dental offices. I would like to name individually but everyone in the office has been amazing. I was hesitant on taking my children to a dental office that wasn’t specially for children and I am extremely happy to have made the change. The positive encouragement by everyone in the office has my children going the extra mile at home with their own dental hygiene and they are proud to go back into the office to show them how well they are doing. Side note: while it is embarrassing I plan to provide before and after pictures of my own teeth once they are all done in a couple months.

  Took my daughter here, had her teeth cleaned., done in 30 minutes, then she sat for an hour waiting for the dentist to check her for 30 seconds. Rude dentist
