  This place is completely worthless for anything other than collecting money for preventive appointments. They don’t see people for sick appts, refer out for EVERYTHING, and their staff takes ages to communicate anything. Find another way to get healthcare, the bar here is so incredibly low.

  I waited months to get my initial appointment, but I was assured that if I ever got sick, you would be able to get me in sooner. That was the reason the initial appointment was scheduled so far out. Since then, I’ve had an issue with birth control and the earliest available appointment was again months away. Most recently, I called in with COVID, needing medication, and was only offered an appointment 45 minutes away. I’ve now been waiting two days, and still nothing is available in Richland with nothing offered in the coming days. It’s clear the system isn’t working as promised. When you assure patients that they will be seen when sick but can’t provide timely appointments, it makes it very difficult to rely on primary care which is what is covered by insurance.

  I do not recommend this place at all. They are way under staffed! It always takes forever to get through to someone when you call and you have to wait a long time to get an appointment. If you have 8-10 months to wait to get an appointment then this is the place for you.....lol. I can get into MAYO in 6 weeks or less. Just for reference it is August 15, 2025 now, next available appointment was April 21, 2026!! I kid you not!

  Dr. Mary is amazing. The people that answer the phones are awful. She LAUGHED at me when I asked if they had availability for today for my sick son. Do better.

  We love Dr. Lassila! She has been wonderful with our kids. She even personally called once to check on my little! We thank her so much for her great service and care.
