  Horrible experience. I have waited 3 months for an appointment and finally got to the day of my appointment. Today it was down pouring which means traffic is slower I didn’t account for this because I didn’t know . I was aware of the 10 minute policy but was only late by 11 mins . I ran upstairs and the receptionist was very cold and told me to reschedule my appointment they now can’t even get me in until Dec I drove 40 mins for nothing even the provider said she couldn’t see me . Wouldn’t recommend Bronson at all

  I was a patient of Julia Koestner's for 10 years until she left the practice. I had a positive, healthy and collaborative relationship with Julia. In March I saw Dr. Allen for my annual and was shocked by her behavior in my appointment. I felt sad about something in my life so I was quiet in the appointment. She asked me two questions and then got reactive "is this not a good fit, do I need to get you another provider". I was stunned all I had done was answer two questions with simple responses. She seemed triggered by something and completely over-reactive to nothing. As we continued the questions, now with me super uncomfortable about her reactivity, she said she was not comfortable doing the exam. Again, she was overly reactive to me, with no valid reason. I drove 30 minutes to get to the annual that was due. She would not agree to do the exam without someone else present. She treated me like I was a threat to her due to whatever her own issues are that she came in the door with. She made the whole appointment about her and not the patient in front of her. She seemed to expect me to be a certain way instead of just being present with me. This is even harder because I have read good reviews about her. I feel she needed to get some guidance from a superior since she was so overly reactive to me and this had a negative and very concerning impact on me. I filed a complaint and would never ever feel comfortable seeing her. Ever.

  We will be in the process of filling a report against Julia Koestner in the OB/GYN department for improper conduct. My wife came home in tears yesterday over the treatment she received from Koestner. She was belittled by Koestner in front of my 6 year old stepdaughter and told that she had "wasted her time" with my wife's office visit. This is unacceptable behavior and should be dealt with accordingly.
